DES MOINES, IA - The Varsity Theater is hosting a free screening of "Ballerina Boys," in partnership with Ballet Des Moines, Des Moines Performing Arts, and Iowa PBS. After the film, we'll be joined by three special guests for a panel discussion.

Raffaele Morra: teacher, former dancer, and Ballet Master of Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo, an all-male ballet company that is the focus of the film. Tom Mattingly: teacher, choreographer, and coach who has created ballet premieres around the world. Jen Carruthers: creative powerhouse, inspiring community connector, and visionary producer through her company 11 Eleven Productions based here in Des Moines.
